In relation to the publication of your examination results, please see below the timetable and procedures we (Academic Enrichment Centre) and the examination boards follow. You need be prepared to act quickly once the examination results have been published, as there are deadlines which may affect you, this is the case whether you are a private (external) or internal candidate.

Data protection

Examination boards only release to us the results of our own candidates, for reasons of data protection. It is therefore essential that students, upon joining AEC, provide us with as many previous examination results documentation as possible.

Statements of Results

All examination results are now provided as electronic copies of statements of results, which can be emailed out on request. The formal, water-crested results documentation are no longer produced by the examination board.

Certificates

Only students who have cashed in their A-Levels or their GCSEs, or who have taken IGCSEs, can be awarded with certificates. The certificates are sent to us two months after the release of the results and will then be available for collection.

Please note that to be able to pick up your certificates in person, students will need to bring some valid ID in to the Academic Enrichment Centre.

If you are unable to pick up your certificates in person and would like them posted to you, you must provide a stamped and address A4 sized envelope. If you do not supply this AEC cannot post the certificate out to you. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
